Our products are made-to-order so we cannot accept any returns. But if you are dissatisfied with your order, simply email us within 72 hours of receipt. We will provide you with two options: item replacement or refund. This applies only to incorrect and/or faulty item(s) upon receipt as a result of our error. We do not exchange products due to a change of mind, and any exchange requests of item that was mistakenly chosen byÂ customer will be not accepted.
We require some helpful information including a photo of the item and order number. Once the claim is received, we will notify you of further arrangement. Item replacement for defective item will be arranged at no cost.
If you opt for refund option, money will be refunded in the full amount of item prices in the same form as the original payment type.
